Golden Hot Bread - Cronulla - Sydney, Australia.

Golden Hot Bread

I've been craving for a Vietnamese pork roll the whole week. On my weekly morning walk around Cronulla beach, I stumbled upon a Vietanmese bakery on the main shopping strip. I could smell the fresh bread being baked and I knew I had to try it.

I know, I know what you might be thinking. How could the shire have a decent pork roll place? Well, you're wrong! Having tried many great tasting pork roll's around Sydney, I didn't have high expectations considering I've had quite a few pork rolls in the area that didn't taste like the real thing.

I opted for the 'Pork Roll with Chilli ($4.50)' which comes with 3 types of pork meat, carrots, onion, coriander, spring onion and chill. The crustry baguette is brushed with asian style butter and pate. Once all the ingredients are put in, a special soya sauce is put on top.

On my first bite, I could taste how fresh the ingredients were. The bread was crunchy and everything matched well.

Definitely will be coming here lots more. Not only are the prices decent but the bread tastes great.
